To register for the Study Purchase Scheme (previously known as Test Loan Scheme), please complete the following steps:

• Complete and submit the form below.
  

• Register with Dyslexia Action Shop to create an online account.

• Contact the shop to advise us that your account has been set up and activated by calling +44 (0)1784 222339 or emailing shop@dyslexiaaction.org.uk. We will supply you with a one-use discount code.

• Purchase the required assessment tests through dyslexiaactionshop.co.uk.
