By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Real Group Ltd (4 Victoria Parade, London SE10 9FR)
Eligibility to enter
- The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who directly receive the link to the survey from Real Group and submit their completed responses.
- In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- A maximum of one entry per individual per survey is permitted.
- The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
- The prize draw will include those who complete and submit our market research survey ‘Product Development: Share Your Expertise’
- To enter the prize draw simply complete and submit the survey that has been sent to you
- Real Group will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
- The prize will be one £20 (or equivalent) voucher for a retailer of your choice
- Real Group’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
- The winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Real Group regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
- The draw will take place on Monday 16th February 2026
- Only surveys that have been completed and submitted by 16th February 2026 will be included in the prize draw.
- The winner will be notified on Monday 16th February 2026 via the email provided within the survey completion.
- Real Group will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times; once on 16th February 2026 then if no reply is given, one more time on 2nd March 2026.
- If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Real Group reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
- Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery of the prize (or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement). International delivery may take longer.
Data protection and publicity
- You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Real Group for the purposes of administering the prize draw
- All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting marketing@realgroup.co.uk
- The winner agrees to the release of their last name and county to any other prize draw participants if requested via Real Group
- All personal information shall be used in accordance with Real Group’s Data Protection Policy
Limitation of Liability
- Real Group does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize,
- Real Group does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
General
- These prize draw terms and conditions adhere to the regulations of the Gambling Act 2005.
