Improve outcomes for your students by extending your team’s SEND training
Inclusive classrooms need skilled support professionals so that all learners can succeed.
We are proud to launch the all-new International Diploma in Inclusive Classroom Support, designed to extend the expertise of experienced teaching assistants, LSAs, individual support assistants, and junior assistant teachers specifically in international settings.
How the Diploma can make a difference to your learners and setting
This 12-month level 5 qualification offers incredible impact:
From Assistant to Specialist: Delegates will deepen their knowledge of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and inclusion, giving them the confidence and practical skills to assist with early identification and to lead targeted interventions for learners with SEND.
Growth Beyond the Theory: Practice-led learning, with the support of an in-school mentor, means delegates evidence their progress by applying their knowledge and immediately putting it to use in your setting.
Access to Experts: Tutors on the course, who will guide and provide valuable feedback, have been hand-picked for their experience in international settings and their commitment to driving inclusion in schools. SEND Masterclasses, presented by experts in topics such as EBSA, dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and speech and language delay, will be an opportunity to expand delegates’ knowledge and gain inspiration.
Global Recognition: On successful completion, delegates will be awarded the NQual Level 5 Diploma in Specialist Teaching Assistant*, providing a prestigious benchmark for your school’s professional development standards.
*NQual award is subject to approval
