Apprenticeships for Schools and Colleges

Gain a practical qualification, funded using the Apprenticeship Levy

With the support of Real Training, our sister company Educational and Sporting Futures, provides apprenticeships from early career to leadership training, with an emphasis on SEND and health and wellbeing, including sports.

Apprenticeships are a great way to achieve and enhance the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to support children, allowing individuals to learn on the job and make use of the Apprenticeship Levy or Government 95% contribution. This significantly reduces or eliminates the cost for your school or college.

Educational and Sporting Futures offer a wide range of apprenticeship courses designed not only for aspiring teaching assistants who are just starting out in their career, but also for experienced school leaders, teaching assistants and SENCOs who are looking to upskill.
