Your assessor should provide you with their name and award certificate number.
If you do not have a certificate number, please contact us.
Please note:
We cannot disclose certificate numbers to anyone but the holder of the CPT3A qualification, unless they email us directly giving permission to provide this to someone.
If you completed your CPT3A course with Dyslexia Action, we are unable to verify your qualification.
